REDMAGIC 12 Pro+ reservations open before its October 15 launch

REDMAGIC has opened reservations for the 12 Pro+ ahead of its October 15 unveiling in China, according to Gizmochina. Retail pricing has not yet been announced.

What is confirmed before the launch

The report describes a phone that continues the brand’s focus on gaming performance, cooling and an uninterrupted display. REDMAGIC’s teasers point to a thinner, lighter design with softer corners, while the under-display camera remains part of the approach.

That sounds promising for anyone who found earlier gaming phones too bulky, but promotional images cannot tell us how comfortable the new model will feel during a long session.

What buyers still need to know

Several specifications circulating online are still leaks, including the suggested 8,400mAh battery and charging figures. Those should not be mixed into a confirmed specification list simply because reservations have opened.

For now, the useful information is the launch schedule and reservation status. I would wait for the full announcement before judging value, battery life or sustained performance. A China reservation also does not establish international availability, local warranty coverage or a confirmed global selling price.
